What do I want to test for?

There is no test for “everything”. There are hundreds of items that can be tested in drinking water. See packages for beginning lists.

“Safe” water is a legal term in Oregon law. The use of the label “safe” for drinking water means about $2000 worth of testing has been performed. This testing is routinely performed on public drinking water supplies.

Different tests require the use of different instrumentation. Arsenic is not detected on the same machine as Roundup. If you want to know the level of a particular chemical or mineral, you must request that specific test.
