  • The package contains the coliform bacteria and nitrate tests required by the State of Oregon when selling property with a well.
  • These tests are valid for reporting to the state for up to one year from the time of testing.
  • It also contains additional tests such as lead and arsenic which are frequently required by a potential buyer’s mortgage lender.

Remember:

All samples must be on ice and in correct containers provided by laboratory when samples are returned to the laboratory.
